At the end of last week I received this email…
Happy Hump Day!! How are your resolutions going? Today I am sharing Continue reading “30 minute Workout Inspiration”
Happy New Year!!! The past week and month have been super busy and I am very excited to be back in El Paso Continue reading “Weekly Round Up with Blue Apron”
Today is the last day of 2015!!!! Can you believe it? I sure can’t! I wanted to write a quick post, since I have been dark a few weeks, to say thank you to all my followers and everyone that has stopped by my little corner of the blogging world! 2015 has been a crazy year and I was able to mark two things off my list – obtain my GFI certification and start this blog! I truly appreciate every visitor, every view and every follower so much!! The past few weeks have allowed me to spend time with my family, take a ton of classes for inspiration and brainstorm posts for next year! (TOMORROW!) Have a wonderful New Years Eve and I’ll see you in 2016!
We are still going strong with our cleaning and packing….it is a lot of work to pack up 30 years FYI….
With that said, I started thinking about this post as soon as I arrived in Austin. With the lifting, the bending, the lunging and the leaning I started thinking…how do people do this if they don’t work out?! I saw so many of the moves I do in class come through the past week and it prompted this “moving” inspired workout.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!! How did your holiday weekend go?? I was able to participate in the local Turkey Trot put on by the El Paso YMCA and it was an awesome event. So many people came out and braved the cold and rain to complete their race! I also set a new PR for a 5k. Every bib was chipped and at the end of the race we were able to type in our bib number and get our race results! I didn’t finish in the top of my age group like the last 5k (which was a major typo 😉) but I was still so proud of my results. Did you participate in an early Thanksgiving morning race? How did you do??
