Happy National Oatmeal Month! LOL, yes that is a thing! With the colder weather there is something about a baked breakfast dish that warms me up in the morning! I came across a recipe for a baked dish and added a few enhancements…and it was a hit to say the least!!
Happy Monday! How was your weekend? Ours was good and I discovered two new recipes that I will have to share later this week so stay tuned!
Yes, you read that right! We are a month out and what better way to help your special someone stay motivated than with a fitness related Valentine’s Day Gift!! We are in the coldest months of the year and it may be easy to fall off the wagon. So if their resolution included getting healthy, fit or becoming more active these items will help remind them to stay motivated and stick to their goals. This list might give you ideas for anyone celebrating their birthday this month too!! (Hint, hint…lol j/k :))

At the end of last week I received this email…

Today is the last day of 2015!!!! Can you believe it? I sure can’t! I wanted to write a quick post, since I have been dark a few weeks, to say thank you to all my followers and everyone that has stopped by my little corner of the blogging world! 2015 has been a crazy year and I was able to mark two things off my list – obtain my GFI certification and start this blog! I truly appreciate every visitor, every view and every follower so much!! The past few weeks have allowed me to spend time with my family, take a ton of classes for inspiration and brainstorm posts for next year! (TOMORROW!) Have a wonderful New Years Eve and I’ll see you in 2016!
We are still going strong with our cleaning and packing….it is a lot of work to pack up 30 years FYI….
With that said, I started thinking about this post as soon as I arrived in Austin. With the lifting, the bending, the lunging and the leaning I started thinking…how do people do this if they don’t work out?! I saw so many of the moves I do in class come through the past week and it prompted this “moving” inspired workout.
