I am here today to share my recipe for oatmeal protein cookies that I try to have in the fridge at all times. They take no time to make and with 5 ingredients (or less depending on what kind you are making) they are so fast, so clean and SO GOOD.
I found the base recipe many years ago on Pinterest. It consisted of oats and bananas and that lasted a few batches but I have since jazzed them up different ways! I have incorporated nuts, chocolate, blueberries, just almond butter and most recently chopped up strawberries. WIN!!
So without further ado, here is a quick, healthy and gluten free cookie anyone will love 🙂
Good Morning!! I am so excited to share this recipe with you and hope you will all join me in Turkey Burger Tuesday!!
These are so good and so tasty you won’t be able to eat just one! Typically I serve them with baked sweet potato fries along with the sliced cucumbers. You can always grab extra red onions, cucumber and your hamburger bun of choice and actually make a burger. I prefer the patty alone with some of the sauce on top. Trust me you will love these any way you choose to eat them!Continue reading “Greek Turkey Burger Tuesday”
Welcome to a new week! I originally had this set to post on Tuesday, you know for “Turkey Tuesday!” But then I thought, why not post it a day early?? You know so you can run to the store tonight, get all of the ingredients and enjoy “Turkey Tuesday” properly!! You are welcome!

Happy Tuesday everyone!! I wanted to theme the round up this week with my favorite recipes that I have posted, in case you missed them, and then some that I have found around the internet and have added to my “to make” list! Let me know what you think and if you have tried any of them in the comments below!!
Happy National Oatmeal Month! LOL, yes that is a thing! With the colder weather there is something about a baked breakfast dish that warms me up in the morning! I came across a recipe for a baked dish and added a few enhancements…and it was a hit to say the least!!
Happy Friday the 13th!! To celebrate football season (my Ohio State Buckeyes!!!) and the holiday season I wanted to share this Protein Buckeye recipe I found. I love chocolate and peanut butter and these make me feel a little less guilty!! The original Buckeye Candies have a few more ingredients that make it a little harder to watch your waist line, but these are amazing and you can easily put them back like no big deal!!
Earlier this year I had my first Spinach and Feta wrap from Starbucks and it immediately made my “most ordered” list. It was the perfect size and at only 250 calories it didn’t make me feel like all my hard work from an early morning gym class was cancelled out before noon. Now that I have a little more free time on my hands, I set out to recreate this wrap and I finally mastered it! (It even got the stamp of approval from my other half this afternoon!) Here you go!
