Happy February!! The last week of January was a busy one for me and I am so happy to now be in my favorite month of the year!!
I discovered a few new apps this week, but the one that stood out the most was this Interval Timer app.
I mentioned it in my last #FitFriday post and how I was going to incorporate it in my bootcamp. Saturday I did an interval run and used it then and it worked perfectly. I didn’t have to stare at the clock on the machine or down at my phone. I just waited for the alert tone that I programmed to represent the different paces. What is better…its FREE!!!
This next article really disappointed me. I posted it on Facebook and a comment was made by my dear friend Erin about using essential oils instead. This prompted me to reach out to her to see how one can incorporate these in our every day. Stay tuned for my talk with her and how we can all work essential oils into our lives not just for fragrance but to help our moods!
