Now that the year is getting back into the swing of things, staying on track will take work. I came across this article (an oldie but a goodie) with some helpful advice on how to stay on track with your workouts.
Jumping back into workouts after some time off, or even trying a new format, can leave you feeling, well, SUPER SORE! I have recently rediscovered baths, specifically Epsom salt baths. I try to soak atleast three times a week using Dr. Teal’s Epsom Salt with Lavender.
A great compliment to any bath is a good read. I recently purchased You by Caroline Kepnes. I first heard about it on the podcast For Crying Out Loud and it totally intrigued me after they had the author on for an episode. Check it out!
